Q: Why is it then when I try to advertise my caravan I click on "Add Ad", select a category but I can go no further?

A: 

This is because you have Norton Internet Security installed on your computer and it thinks that the page you need to go to is an advert so it blocks you from viewing it. Norton are aware of this problem but will not do anything about. There are many campaigns on the internet that are trying to make Norton aware of the problem and do something about it.

To resolve this you need to do the following:

1. Close Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator

2. Open Norton Internet Security

You can do this in one of three ways.

Usually you will find an icon on your desktop that looks like:

Norton Internet Security.lnk 

You should also find an icon in the lower left corner, in your task bar

Finally, if you go to the Start Menu and select "Programs" you should see "Norton Internet Security" Listed as a choice

3. A screen to configure Norton Internet Security will appear. Click on the words "Ad Blocking"

4. Click on "Configure" in the lower right.

5. On the next screen, uncheck the box next to "Turn on Ad Blocking"

6. Click "OK" at the bottom of the screen. That window will close

7. You will be back at the main Norton Internet Security window. Close that window by clicking on the "X" in the upper right

8. Reopen Internet Explorer and try again.
