Q: When I log into my control panel it says I should have received a
certain number of emails but I am missing one or more?
A: This is because we have changed the way emails are sent to customers
due to the high number of bogus 'spam' emails that are sent.
No matter what anti spam software we have used, spam emails do get
through to you the customer. To improve this we now manually screen every
email that is sent through the site and throughout the day we forward
these emails on.
If an email is flagged as spam we delete it and it is not sent out.
This does appear in your stats though and it looks like are missing an
email.
Remember that even if an email from a potential buyer looks legitimate,
never give out personal or bank information
