This caravan is for sale because the owner is retiring.
It comes in excellent condition, and has been used by a non smoking, non pet owner. It has been stored in a security locked covered compound since purchased as new. A mileage logbook has been maintained indicating a recorded mileage of 5306 miles.
It has undergone Annual Maintenance Inspection by a caravan industry approved engineer.
